OrgScheduler 1+1 is a new program created by the authors of the original OrgScheduler. It's designed so that each of the users of the program, one by one, can read or write to the pending tasks calendar.

The advantage of OrgScheduler 1+1 is that it's designed for smaller companies, so their cost is lower than OrgScheduler LAN. In the calendar you can set alarms for specific times and days, which will remember in real time the importance of certain events or appointments.

The data stored in OrgScheduler 1+1 can be exported to Outlook, HTML, XLM or XLS. There are different colours associated with each of the 149 events that come by default. OrgScheduler 1+1 is very customizable by the user, it can specify the types of date to browse the calendar days, and show the days, weeks, months, quarters, years, etc in different formats.

OrgScheduler 1+1 also has utilities to print the designs and to create elegant reports.
